Martin van Engel is an expert in diversity, inclusion, urban youth culture, and participation, and the founder of DoDiversity, helping organizations turn inclusion into concrete impact. He is also co-founder of Matapica and a member of the Dutch UNESCO Commission, advocating for migrant and diasporic cultures in the arts and society.
